At Nveda, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return and exchange policy for all unworn fashion items. If your new pieces don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, simply initiate a request within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Nveda tags still attached, ensuring the garments are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
